The funky second-bedroom sleep-out adds an extra cool twist. It’s separate from the main house, with a comfy double bed and a chill space perfect for reading or napping. The outdoor shower is a blissful way to wash off after a beach day or surf session, especially under a starry sky.

Falmouth is a hidden gem—no shops, no petrol stations, no streetlights, just dirt roads and a vibe that’s all about peace and quiet. Stock up on supplies before you get here; the nearest shops are 10-15 minutes away in St Marys or Scamander, and St Helens has even more options just 30 minutes away. 

Once you’re settled at Sheoakes, the car can take a break. Explore by foot or bike. Whether it’s beachcombing, fishing, surfing, or paddling in the lagoon, Falmouth’s got it all. The Coastal Walk at the end of the street offers up epic views of the headlands and beaches. Or simply chill on the deck with ocean views.
